Terms & Conditions
- Any additional services availed by the guest other than the ones mentioned above shall be borne by the guest.
- Bookings are subject to confirmation from Konkan Railway Corporation Ltd.
- Waitlisted tickets will be booked by Majorda - Mumbai Sales Office which will be confirmed by Konkan Railway under special arrangement.
- The boogie & birth nos. will be given to the passengers on the date of travel . This will be provided on phone.
- The return berth no: will be provided to the passenger on the day of travel from Goa from the Front Office of the Resort.
- Check-in & Check-out time remains independent of the train timings at 1200 hrs noon.
- The to & fro train tickets will be provided on Konkan Kanya - Tr Nos: 011 & 0112 respectively. All berths will be on 3 tier A/C coach.

Cancellation Policy
- Normal cancellation rules apply for the Airlines.
- Rs.3000/- per room (on any plan) to be charged as hotels cancellation charge if the booking is cancelled in less than 48 hrs from the time of flight departure.
- Postponement of package: In case of package postponement within 48 Hrs. prior to flight departure, no cancellation would be charged. The dates can be postponed after 48 hrs with the cancellation charges of Rs3000/- per room. Ticketing staff should mention the change in the date along with cancellation charges on the Voucher.
- No Show Passenger: No refund on hotel shall be made.
- All bookings and / or cancellations will be done on fax.
- The room bookings will stand confirmed only after the Majorda Beach Resort coded vouchers are issued.

Terms & Conditions
- Any additional services availed by the guest other than the ones mentioned above shall be borne by the guest.
- The voucher needs to be presented in original to the hotel at the time of check-in.
- The voucher is valid for travel between and once issued, it is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable after the first leg of journey.
- The voucher is a cash value document and no refund or reissue is possible in case it is lost.
- In case the facilities of the package are not availed during its validity, it is not liable for any claim, refund or settlement.
- These rates are applicable only to those domiciled in India, weather Indian National or Foreign National with a certificate of registration (Registration Permit).
- This package is valid for Foreigners working in INR on production of valid documents.
